Hello

Here's who I am & what I do

I've created this website because I feel resumes and cover letters don't provide enough context over 25 to 30 years of a working life and also the personal experiences that help with decision making when it comes to human relationships. Black and White answers or AI Chatbots don't work alone.

About Me.

The reason why I'm looking for extra work is because my businesses Resident Assist Delivery Service (Organising and Coordinating delivery of quality furniture and general household items) and WizR (A more professional Point To Point Human Transport Service compared to Taxi's and Uber) have been affected by the Fuel Crisis. This has been two-fold, on one hand I have incurred significantly more costs for petrol for both businesses, but the second reason is customers willingness to spend on discretionary items has diminished in these uncertain times.

STILL OPERATING RESIDENT ASSIST DELIVERY SERVICE, BUT LOOKING FOR ADDITIONAL WORK

I'm still operating Resident Assist Delivery Service which has been going since 2017 but have pulled back on WizR temporarily as I only started this at the beginning of this year (2026). This is why I'm available for up to 40 hours per week in the afternoon / evening Monday to Friday over the next 6 months on a Ongoing Casual Basis, to see what the world is like before engaging WizR again. I will do another 30 hours per week in a condensed version in the morning for my own business. 70 hours might seem like a lot for most employees when they only do 40, but it’s the minimum for small business owners. This is why the question on many job opportunities of, "how much notice do you need to give to your current employer?", DOES NOT APPLY TO ME.

Take a look at other aspects to my work and life to see if you would like me working in your business or on behalf of your client if you are in recruitment.

MY AVAILABILITY

Monday to Friday, (Afternoon Shift) from 2pm to 10pm.

* Ideally from 3pm to 11pm. However, I know this might interrupt business structures if they want that consistent 8 hour block to keep a 16 or 24 hour rotation continous. HAPPY TO DISCUSS OPTIONS

Weekend

I'm available for Saturday and Sunday work for 8 hour shifts if this helps fill the weekly quota of 40 hours you might be looking for.

HAPPY TO DISCUSS ALL OPTIONS OVER THE PHONE

WEEKDAY MORNINGS HAVE BEEN SET ASIDE FOR MY RESIDENT ASSIST DELIVERY SERVICE BUSINESS. (8AM TO 1PM AS A GUIDE).

LOCATIONS

Eastern Creek, Prospect, Pemulway, Wetherill Park, Seven Hills, Blacktown, Kings Park, Erskine Park, Rydalmere, Silverwater, Lidcombe.

Also Botany, Matraville, Mascot. Locations close to the Airport or ports. This might sound strange when I live in Baulkham Hills, but it works in with my morning work and I can get home in 30 minutes at night when traffic on the roads is vert light.

I live in Baulkham Hills and happy to travel around 45 mins from home.

WIZR FEB 2026 FLYER FRONT.png

I’m pausing this business above (WizR) for the next 6 months which is why I’m available for ongoing casual work of between 20 and 40 hours per week.

This is until fuel prices, availability and general world affairs stabilise to a point where growing a new business has a better chance.

Employment Work Prior to 2007

This is a summary below to compliment my full Word Document Resume

Date: October 2002 to March 2007

Company: Myer Castle Hill, Logistics and Warehouse
Title: Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator

Skills or Tasks that were routinely done in this role.

* Manual Handling * Unloading Trucks

* Order Picking * Picking & Packing

* Stock Control * Unloading Trucks

* Warehouse Duties * Warehouse Administration * Dispatch * Call Taking

* Delivery Management * Team Work

* Logistics Coordination

* Adaptability /  Flexibility

* Retail Operations *

Organised and coordinated the incoming of goods into the loading dock. This meant a combination of physical work with manual pallet jacks, electric walky stacker, breaking down pallets of stock by hand and separating them specifically into areas based on security needs. The other component was using internal software and computer systems to receive goods so that they could be checked off an identified.

So a balance to my career has always been Administration (Attentions To Detail) while also having the physical stamina to be on foot all day and working hard in boiling hot conditions in summer and very cold conditions in winter.

There was no air conditioning or other insulation systems in place. Briefly describe your degree and any other highlights about your studies you want to share. Be sure to include relevant skills you gained, accomplishments you achieved or milestones you reached during your education.

I've been used to handling items of 20 to 30 kgs for over 25 years and still in good condition for my age.

Date: Feb 2000 to August 2001

Company: HIH Insurance / IAG Insurance
Title: Operations Support Officer

Skills or Tasks that were routinely done in this role.

* Internal Auditing of Claim Files * Data Entry * Producing Charts & Graphs

* Department Procurement * Archival Management * BDC (IT Support Role: I would log calls to tech department if an employee had an issue with there computer). * Detect & Log Calls of Faulty Machinery * Function Coordinating

* Repetitive Physical Handling of Archival Boxes (Recall) - 15 to 20 kgs.

This was a role that I was a part of creating in that it did not exist before I was part of the Operations Support Department. It had plenty of variety which I like including auditing files for Workplace Health and Safety Compliance. As well as making sure a department of 150 people in Workers Compensation section had the appropriate stationery, photocopying supplies, Recall Files (where files go off site and get called back in because the filing cabinets get too full onsite). Again this role had the combination of attention to detail with administration as well as physical tasks with getting supplies around to the different sections.

# The reason why I've put HIH Insurance and IAG Insurance on my Resume is because HIH Insurance went into administration, however it sold off its Workers Compensation Division as it was the one part of the business that was making money to Insurance Australia Group (IAG). All employees retained the same roles and titles from HIH Insurance to IAG Insurance.

Date: May 1999 to Feb 2000

Company: HIH Insurance

* Data Entry * Making and Receiving Phone Calls * Making Payments * Team Work with other Section Team Members * Sending Out Letters / Documentation

Supporting the Claims Section within the Workers Compensation Department by doing general administrative work. We worked on the Boral account and meant me receiving new claims via mail and entering them into CarePlus Database. Education & Qualifications

This is a summary below to compliment my full Word Document Resume

Date: Friday 24th April, 2026

Company: Design Learning Inspection
Qualification: Forklift Truck Assessment

I've completed the theory and practical training for my Forklift Truck Licence (LF) already but had to wait about 1 month before the assessment by an independent assessor could be arranged.

Experience: I've had over 3 years experience using a forklift over 20 years ago at my fathers business (Tenlow Tool & Engineering) and have had my forklift licence in the past. However, I have not had to use since starting Resident Assist Delivery Service over 17 years ago so did not renew it. But I've been trying to get it as soon as I could once world affairs changed about 2 months ago.

Date: 22 March 2026

Company: Express Online Training / Liquor & Gaming NSW
Qualification: (RSAT) Responsible Supply of Alcohol Certificate

I completed this certificate in case job opportunities came up around delivering alcohol to customers directly to homes. Maybe with Woolworths or Coles delivery trucks that might contain alcohol from Dan Murphys or Liquorland affiliated shops. You can't just deliver alcohol to people without some regulations.

Date: 23 March 2026

Company: Australian Training Institute
Qualification: Provide First Aid

I obtained this qualification because quite often in hospitality or community work like a gym supervisor or desk roles where many people come by, businesses want people to have First Aid knowledge in case there is an emergency. Given that I'm seeking additional work outside normal work hours this might be applicable to some organisations.

Date: 22nd March 2017

Company: Travel Training Australia
Qualification: Certificate 3 in Travel

I'm good at dealing with people so I thought i would combine my organising and coordinating skills and direct it towards peoples passions for holidays as a travel agent. However, quite often what consumers get marketed on by industries like the travel industry and what the reality is like behind the scenes is quite different.

Unfortunately the industry has way too many middle men and more about just selling any holidays to people for commission and not about aligning the right holiday for the individual customer or client.

I did not think about it in 2017 and 2018 but by obtaining my Booking Service Licence with the Point To Point Transport Commissioner with WizR, I could become a Driver / Tour Guide Directly on weekends and take people to Hunter Valley or Blue Mountains. This would be a better fit with me. However, until petrol prices stabilise and world affairs recalibrate its too risky to take on new ventures at this time.

Date: 20th March 2013

Company: Australian Institute of Personal Trainers

Title: Certificate 4 in Fitness - Personal Training Qualification

Between 2012 and 2016 I was looking to make fitness or exercise a whole lot more entertaining rather than just have boring workouts. It was at a time when not a lot of people were aware of mental health issues in society, but within my own family I have had decades of first hand knowledge with it. So it meant including more ball interaction between people to get the exercise benefits and not just exercise alone. Entertain Fit & Health "Stimulating The Mind To Stimulate The Body".

I was told at the time that it was all about Data and Results. However, if you look at the bigger picture there are more people obese in society and more anxiety as well. Think about the popularity of Pickleball or Ninja Warrior. You'll see people huffing and puffing but also with total engagement and enjoyment.

A pattern has emerged of me kind of being a decade ahead of what a lot of other people do. At first its ridiculed and then years later acceptance that is works.

Date: 28th March 2003

Company: APM Training Institute

Title: Diploma of Sports Maketing

Probably influenced a little by the movie Jerry Maguire and looked to combine my organising and coordinating mindset with my passion for sports. The course was basically a marketing course and when you did assignments you applied it to a sporting angle.

By this time I realised I learn a whole lot more on the job being practical then just doing theoretical courses. Although in later years I just needed the certificate in order to be covered by insurance, so that is where I've done more Cert 3's and 4's.

Date: 18th December 1998

Company: Metropolitan Business College

Title: Diploma of Business Management

Metropolitan Business College Parramatta was around for 90 years so I thought this would be a good place to learn about how to operate a business from an administrative perspective. Halfway through the year it went into administration and the remaining course units was completed with Martin College in the city.

Part of the reason why I started my own business with Resident Assist Delivery Service was because I wanted more transparency and authenticity with the people I deal with. Not worrying about the Flashy Marketing messages from business, but just doing what you say you'll be doing.

I LOVE DRIVING!

I like driving whether it be for work or even on holidays. So all of this talk about Self Driving Cars in the future I won't be doing it because what else are you going to be doing in the car? More doom scrolling on social media. No thanks.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Driving my van for cargo deliveries with my business.

  • Driving my Kia Sorento for passenger transport business.

  • Driving Forklift for my dads business when I was teenager for 3 years.
